Once you have registered for the program we will call/email you to discuss your specific needs. Then we will assign an agent to work with you and provide you with information on up-to-date market conditions so you will be fully informed when you are ready to purchase your new home. The following market information will be sent to you for properties in your desired price range:

  • Monthly Housing Report
  • Daily Email Alerts—including detailed information from the Multiple Listing Service
  • Comprehensive Neighborhood Analysis
  • Quarterly Market Watch
  • Mandatory Program Qualification

    The following criteria must be met in order to be admitted to the rebate program:

      • You must sign up for the program through the William Pitt and Julia B. Fee Sotheby’s International Realty Relocation Department either by enrolling at williampitt.com/affinity-fairfieldu or by calling 877.772.5081.
      • You may not be actively engaged in a home sale or home purchase search with a William Pitt or Julia B. Fee Sotheby’s International Realty sales associate.
      • Enrolled participants in the Fairfield University Real Estate Rebate Program may not have an active buyer broker agreement with any other real estate company or be under contract at the time of this solicitation.
      • The Fairfield University Real Estate Rebate Program cannot be combined with other relocation benefits or real estate incentive programs.
