SoCo uses the finest ingredients available and as Danny Mazursky, the co-owner says, “our search for better quality is a never ending process.” They partner with local farms and bakeries to use and support the best that the Berkshires has to offer. Danny takes pride in the fact that he works to perfect the art of small batch production, never mass producing these delicious desserts. This is a rare find in today’s food production culture! Danny says that creating small batches allows them to customize flavors and create seasonal or even wildly exotic flavors. Some of the local’s favorites are Salted Caramel, Dirty Chocolate and Espresso Cookie. Customers say that they love the creamy texture without the overly sweet taste. SoCo Creamery must be something special, since foodies wait in lines out the door to get a bite.
