obtaining a connecticut real estate license
In order to obtain a Real Estate License in Connecticut you must:
Be at least 18 years of age at the time you apply.
Educational Requirements - Salesperson applicants are required to have sixty (60) hours of Real Estate Principles & Practices instruction, which must be completed after October 1, 1994 to be accepted.
Keep in mind that is important to know the requirements, fees and procedures that are currently in effect, since these can change frequently.
