After joining William Pitt Sotheby's International Realty, your first few days will focus on getting you set up on our company systems. We will encourage you to meet with your new manager to determine your business plans and personal marketing goals.
In order to obtain a Real Estate License in Connecticut you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age at the time you apply.
- Educational Requirements - Salesperson applicants are required to have sixty (60) hours of Real Estate
Principles & Practices instruction, which must be completed after October 1, 1994 to be accepted.
- Real Estate Salesperson License application fee of $80; initial license fee of $350.
- Examination fee of $52.
