Faces of Darien

From an office level straight through corporate, our company is proud to be a part of Moffly Media’s 2016 “Faces of Darien,” a campaign introduced by New Canaan, Darien & Rowayton Magazine to the town for the first time this year. The goal of this special section of the publication is to leverage the matchless quality and services of local businesses, showcasing their continuous talent, expertise and devotion to the area. The magazine describes those featured as “the essence of where we live,” and the driving force behind making the Darien community “one of the best in America.” Our Darien brokerage was one of two real estate companies included in the piece, elected on behalf of our clear commitment to the face of a changing industry landscape.

The feature highlights our multiple preeminent offerings and company advantages as the largest Sotheby’s International Realty® affiliate, especially in the current digital revolution. In addition to our tech-savvy agents, our revamped, award-winning website that captivates audiences with its fresh, immersive online experience, enticing images and understanding for the transforming home search process, has had immensely positive results. When it comes to buying and selling properties, our Darien brokerage is backed by the best, serving members of the local community with the utmost care and most cutting-edge technological advances available—we are indeed the well-deserving “face of real estate” in Darien.

Faces of Darien

Our firm will hold this title for the next year. Thanks to all those dedicated team members featured in the piece—Dairen brokerage manager Lynley Middleberg, our corporate director of marketing, Monique Rafferty, our corporate director of interactive marketing, David Yang, as well as Darien agents Bruce Baker and Carolyn Brook.

“We are always thrilled to work with local publications, as we know they help to connect us to the communities we serve,” comments Middleberg. “What we loved about this opportunity in particular was that it offered us a chance to really demonstrate how we are unique in such an exciting and evolving time for real estate, particularly in Darien. We know what we have done behind the scenes to really adapt to the changes that the market is seeing—building new and improved web experiences for clients, and looking at different ways to leverage the brand’s name and promise of exemplary customer service. It’s truly exciting to be able to showcase our efforts to the community that so many of us call home.”
