Southport

Grand Opening

In October we announced the signing of a ten-year lease for an exciting new office space. In March we announced the opening of our brand-new facility. Now, after months of careful and strategic planning, we are finally ready to fully unveil our fantastic new Southport-Fairfield brokerage. On Thursday, May 16, we will host a Grand Opening Celebration, and we cordially invite all real estate professionals as well as members of the community to attend. We are excited to showcase our beautiful new location to everyone over a lovely evening of wine and hors d’oeuvres. For added enjoyment, guests will have the opportunity to view a photographic art exhibition featuring the works of several local artists, including Michael Hartel, Amanda Desmond and Kate Uhry. The event will be held from 5:30 to 8:30 pm in our office at 250 Pequot Avenue in Southport. We invite those who are interested in attending to RSVP to Jen Macauley at 203.307.4301 or jmacauley@williampitt.com.

When we saw how quickly our Fairfield and Southport brokerage offices were growing last year, we realized the need for a new office space. In addition to accommodating our rapid growth, we also sought to achieve greater efficiency in leadership and operations. The office we have just opened is truly state of the art, outfitted with all-new equipment and systems in order to provide our agents with the best possible support. It is large enough that all of our sales associates from our two old offices can comfortably work there, while providing enough room for us to keep growing. The stately brick building that houses our office speaks to the prestige of our brand, and offers an exceptional central village location near all of the best that Southport has to offer, including its fine restaurants, shopping, services and harbor. These factors will surely only serve to draw even more traffic to our office and continue to grow our business.

The opening comes on the heels of our firm establishing the brand’s first presence in Berkshire County, Massachusetts, as well as our Newtown office’s move to a new office in a key part of town. With the recent growth in our own infrastructure combined with a strong and healthy real estate market, we have plenty of reasons to feel optimistic right now. We look forward to sharing our optimism with our friends and colleagues this month at our special celebration.
