Inside the newly renovated office, team members, sales associates, clients and visitors will greatly benefit from the various high quality offerings planned. A multiple computer bar, high-speed wireless access, two conference rooms complete with HD screens, Apple TV for client presentations, the Sotheby’s International Realty eGallery, which is a real-time dynamic international property slide show, and high-quality property brochures from around the globe, are just some of the fresh and innovative opportunities set for all to utilize in the professional space.

Spacious work stations as well as private and semi-private offices will additionally be available for our sales associates. But it doesn’t end there! Clients and other guests are sure to feel welcomed
by the office’s comfortable seating area, which presents the ideal setting for any kind of reception, while its common area, complete with a stylish café, will effectively cater to unbeatable client hospitality and agent gatherings.

“I am very excited to announce our renovation plans,” said Joe Monaco, manager of the Ridgefield brokerage. “We’re building a top-notch professional office facility that will enable our agents and employees to even better serve our valued clients with greater efficiency and easier access to resources, including marketing and administrative support.”

“We consider this expansion an investment in the Ridgefield community and our Ridgefield sales team, which has consistently outperformed the market,” said our President and CEO Paul Bruenich.

The new brokerage is expanding into the space previously occupied by the Rockwell Art and Framing Store, which will be newly constructed and relocated next to Silver Lining Consignments in town. The Ridgefield brokerage will conduct normally during the renovation and expansion project, which is hoped to be completed by the end of October.

An indubitably soon-to-be unparalleled office to match unparalleled service—we look forward to seeing the finished product!
