Networking and Appreciation at our Company Mixer Event

It’s nice to know when hard work is appreciated.  It provides the motivation to continue along the path of valued success while at the same time, truly care for all efforts put forth.  Such is the case with our company, which shows a genuine gratitude for its dedicated workforce that contributes so greatly to the brand’s outstanding reputation each and every day.  This being said, just this past week our corporate headquarters hosted a networking mixer event in appreciation for our dedicated team members and all that they do.   The evening took place at our Harbor Point corporate office in Stamford, Conn., where various administrators from our brokerages throughout Connecticut, Westchester County and the Berkshires were recognized for their contribution to our unparalleled success.

Before the night’s festivities began, employees were invited to attend a corporate-run Admin Training Day at The Italian Center in Stamford, Conn.  The day included various leadership speakers from major corporate departments, as well as administrative and marketing training on new tools designed to ensure that real estate agents receive the highest level of support in the industry.  Administrators from each brokerage were able to not only benefit from this hands-on experience, but also learn of current happenings and future plans in various parts of the company.

Continuing on, all were then encouraged to head over to our corporate office for the highly anticipated mixer networking event.  Employees from across multiple markets were able to meet, chat and connect, further forging strong working relationships.  Delicious catered food, a complimentary bar offering wine and beer and great live music from our very own Director of Content, Andrew Wood, and his band Bridges and Powerlines, completed the successful and highly enjoyable night.  There was even a free raffle, where employees had the chance to test their luck at winning multiple $100 gift cards.

“At the heart of William Pitt and Julia B. Fee Sotheby’s International Realty is our employees,” said William Pitt and Julia B. Fee Sotheby’s International Realty COO Vin Socci.  “They are the backbone of our organization and valued assets to our firm’s success. We are happy to recognize them for all their hard work and dedication both at this annual event and throughout the year.”

Between the laughter, buzzing conversation and overall beaming atmosphere, it’s quite clear that our employees felt our company’s appreciation and in turn appreciated the company’s generous gesture.
