Testimonials

Beth Delaney was tireless in her efforts on our behalf. She was creative and thoughtful in suggestions as to how prepare our home to go on the market. She promoted our neighborhood and the care, love, and attention we’d paid to our home over the many years we raised our family there. Open Houses were regularly held and well conducted. With conditions peculiar to our neighborhood, Beth was thoughtful, sensitive, and well informed. She sought the best possible positioning of our house in the market and secured a well-qualified and sincere buyer. Always positive, encouraging, realistic and determined, Beth is a top notch agent. You couldn’t have a better friend and representative in your court.

I have known Beth and worked with her for over 10 years. She's an experienced professional who always maintains a friendly and reachable demeanor, making the process of buying and/or selling a home personal and manageable. Beth always updates me with any status change and communicates all information that is relevant at all times -- working with her is truly a pleasure! I would absolutely recommend her to anyone in the market to buy or sell a home.

A friend in the Westchester County area recommended Beth Delaney as a real estate agent when we were planning our cross-country move from California in 1998. Beth met with me, and quickly showed me several homes on the market that met my exact requirements. I so appreciated her detailed attention to our needs since I had limited time to find a house. I was choosing between a couple of options when we found out that a deal on a home that I should see that was perfect for our family had fallen through. Beth flew back immediately from her vacation in Nantucket so that she could show me the house that day. That same day we successfully put in an offer that was accepted. Her advice and experience and mostly her commitment to our needs during this process made our move so efficient and streamlined. She then transformed herself into our willing and all-knowing resource, helping with everything from schools to doctors to recreation programs for our children as we settled into Rye. She really paved the way for our entry into the community. Eight years later we needed to move again and I never hesitated for a moment about listing our home with Beth and her firm. Beth again did a stellar job with managing the pre-sell effort. Her thorough research and subsequent pricing was spot-on. Her lengthy experience in the business and her connections to other agents ensured that we had a steady stream of showings. We sold the house in three weeks at near full price, to a financially sound buyer. Again a very smooth transaction. Beth helped me on every detail large and small through both of these processes. I felt I could call her about anything at all and she would immediately attend to the issue. I always confidently recommend Beth to my friends and acquaintances who are looking for a top-notch real estate agent who goes above and beyond for her clients. Beth’s insight, experience and service are truly superior.
