A foundation built on trust!

As a native of Westchester County, Josh has invaluable first-hand knowledge of the schools, the area, and the surrounding towns. With the majority of his business consisting of repeat customers and referrals, Josh is known and respected for his dedication to clients and expertise in the field. He is currently active in all aspects of real estate, including new construction, sales, and rentals of single-family homes, condos, and commercial properties in lower Westchester County and Greenwich, Connecticut. He would be pleased to refer you to any of his trusted colleagues in other parts of the country or internationally.

Prior to his real estate career, Josh spent ten years trading equities on the floor of the New York Stock Exchange where he developed his strong sales and negotiating skills. Josh grew up in a family passionately involved in residential real estate and it was only natural that he would eventually follow in their footsteps.

Josh's success comes from his dedication to the needs of his clients, works with enthusiasm and loves what he does. He is willing to take on any difficult challenge and will persevere until finding the right solution. Whether buying, selling, or building a home, Josh will be available, even after the closing of a sale, as a source of information for local restaurants and merchants as well as contractors and designers.

Josh is a Licensed Associate Broker in New York and Connecticut and is the Director of Sales for Kingfield, a new construction community of 110 homes in the Village of Rye Brook, New York. Member of the National Association of Realtors, the New York State Association of Realtors, the Westchester County Board of Realtors, the Greenwich Board of Realtors, and the Rye/Harrison Multiple Listing Service with ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) and SFR (Short Sales & Foreclosure Resource) certifications.
