“We sold our house in the Greenhaven section of Rye in November of 2013, with the understanding we would rent it back from the new owners until June 2013 to allow our two boys to finish out school year. In the interim, we began our search for a new home in the same section of Rye and parts of Mamaroneck to remain the Rye Neck school district. One of our twin boys has cerebral palsy, and we needed to find a home that was either on one level or at least had a bedroom and full bath on the first level to accommodate our sons’ needs. Louis Katsoris was introduced to us by a good friend after we had been looking at houses for several months and June was looming around the corner. We explained our needs to Louis and he immediately understood our situation and began the search. Always keeping in mind the needs of our son. At the 11th hour and with his constant perseverance Louis called us about a new home four blocks from our old house in Greenhaven and was able to close the deal for us the next day.
