Relocation Specialist

I was born and raised in Ireland, but I consider Westchester County to be my home. It is where my husband – who practices Maritime Law – and I live and work, and where we raised our two children, now grown with families of their own.

Although I have more than 30 years of experience as a licensed Associate Broker and top producer representing both buyers and sellers, I am always excited when I am able to match clients with properties which meet their needs, lifestyle and budget, whether a multi-million dollar home or one- or two-bedroom apartment...

Although I have more than 30 years of experience as a licensed Associate Broker and top producer representing both buyers and sellers, I am always excited when I am able to match clients with properties which meet their needs, lifestyle and budget, whether a multi-million dollar home or one- or two-bedroom apartment. Through years of experience, I have come to realize that we are in the business of not merely selling houses, but introducing buyers to the home of their dreams.

Once my daughter turned 12, I decided it was time to embark on a career in real estate, and I never looked back. As it turned out, I love it, and have been passionate about selling real estate ever since. I am proud to be an Associate Broker with Julia B. Fee Sotheby’s International Realty’s Rye office. Early in my career I worked with a relocating company in Manhattan, where I represented clients with international ties, including those from England, Germany, France, Australia and Singapore.

Honesty, integrity and hard work are what I consistently deliver to clients, and I am delighted to assist anyone who needs guidance, advice and knowledge of the area and information about available housing options and real estate trends.  I love working with people and do everything in my power to help them find the home that they are looking for. I strive to be a loyal friend to clients, as being a real estate broker is about more than just the deal. I would never push a house on anybody. I aim to guide and inform clients about the process, but let them make the ultimate decision. As a result, a lot of my business comes from personal referrals of which I am so grateful.

I love to travel, and try to make annual trips back to Ireland. My husband and I also enjoy time spent with family, particularly our adorable 2-year-old granddaughter Clare, who made her very first trip to the Emerald Isle last year.

I would be delighted to share with you my knowledge of the Rye area as well as all of Westchester County, and assist you with your real estate needs.
