Washington Depot, Conn. – November 21, 2016 – William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty today announced that Washington Depot, Conn., agent Jeffrey Phillips is saying goodbye to the Community Table restaurant in New Preston, where he has served as the General Manager for seven years, to focus solely on his real estate career with William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty.
In his role as an agent Phillips works directly alongside his partner, Mark Madonna. The pair, which has sold over $20 million in real estate over the last 24 months, stated that they deeply enjoy selling homes in Litchfield County.
Phillips said that the mission of Community Table has always been to bring together the banker and the farmer, and showcase the very best in local ingredients with exceptional service.
“At Community Table, I helped to introduce people to the area, make them feel at home and always ensure they had a seat at the table,” he said. “As a William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty agent, I’m doing something very similar. I have the opportunity to work with the most incredible clients, showing them the best properties Northwest Connecticut has to offer. And I aim to serve them well.”
