New office provides brand with strong foothold in key Rivertowns market
Irvington, N.Y. (September 18, 2015) — Julia B. Fee Sotheby’s International Realty today announced that the firm will be hosting a grand opening celebratory event at its new Irvington, N.Y. brokerage, located at 46 Main Street. The event will be held on the afternoon of October 1, 2015, providing the office’s agents with the opportunity to mingle and network with the company’s senior leadership.
Having officially opened at the end of July, the new brokerage provides the company with a central foothold in Westchester County’s key Rivertowns markets, including Ardsley, Briarcliff Manor, Croton on Hudson, Dobbs Ferry, Hastings-on-Hudson, Irvington, Ossining, Peekskill, Sleepy Hollow and Tarrytown.
Julia B. Fee Sotheby’s International Realty Bronxville brokerage manager Virginia Doetsch and Scarsdale brokerage manager Jason Wilson are co-managing the new Irvington brokerage together. The office is now operating with a sales force of nine agents. These include the six-member HCH Team, comprising Beth Hargraves, Maria Carlino, Bernadette Haley and Valerie Vanadia, formerly of Houlihan Lawrence, along with Mark Zylla and Kristin Ritch. Seasoned real estate veterans Fatin Beiner, formerly of the company’s Scarsdale brokerage, and Fran O’Toole, formerly of Houlihan Lawrence, will also work out of the new brokerage, as well as Andreea Waters, who brings local knowledge and significant prior career experience to her new role as a sales agent.
“Clients in this Westchester County marketplace will now have full access to the full range of benefits available through the Sotheby’s International Realty brand,” said Doetsch. “These include the expertise of our sales associates, our sophisticated marketing tools and capabilities, and the strength of our extraordinary global affiliate network.”
“The Rivertowns markets are being sought after more and more for their relaxed lifestyle, supportive community atmosphere and incredibly convenient commute to New York City,” Wilson added. “We are tremendously excited to establish a new brokerage presence in these important market areas of Westchester County.”
