Julia B. Fee Sotheby’s International Realty Welcomes Agnes Seminara-Holzberg

New agent bring years of Westchester County real estate experience to the firm

Scarsdale, N.Y. (February 2, 2015) —Julia B. Fee Sotheby’s International Realty today announced that Agnes Seminara-Holzberg, a Westchester County resident and local housing market expert of many years, has joined the company as a Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker and will be based in the firm’s Scarsdale brokerage.

Seminara-Holzberg is a Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker, specializing in buying and selling homes, condos, townhouses and co-ops throughout Westchester County.  She is a member of the Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors, NYS Association of Realtors, as well as the National Association of Realtors.  Having lived in the area with her family since 1989, Seminara-Holzberg holds much knowledge concerning the community and its many neighborhoods and offerings.

Prior to joining the real estate industry, Seminara-Holzberg was a New York State-certified public accountant with a B.S. in accounting from State University at Albany and a master’s degree in education from Pace University.

Seminara-Holzberg is an avid golfer.  She currently resides in Eastchester.
