Linda Mantis Joins Julia B. Fee Sotheby’s International Realty

Licensed Real Estate Salesperson brings over 10 years of experience

Scarsdale, N.Y. (March 6, 2015) — Julia B. Fee Sotheby’s International Realty today announced that Linda Mantis, a former top-producing sales agent of Coldwell Banker, has joined the company and will be based in the firm’s Scarsdale brokerage.

For over 10 years, Linda has served buyers and sellers throughout lower Westchester County. During her time at Coldwell Banker, Mantis earned numerous awards and regularly ranked in the top 2% of all Coldwell Banker real estate agents nationwide.  In addition to having a Real Estate Salesperson license, Linda is also a certified relocation specialist and new homes specialist, and at her previous firm was recognized as a Coldwell Banker Previews Property specialist for her assistance in selling some of the world’s most prestigious properties.

Prior to her real estate career, Linda attended Tufts University, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy.  After receiving a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management from The New School for Social Research, Mantis worked as a Pediatric Occupational Therapist for 25 years, treating children in many of Westchester’s public schools.

“Linda has an exceptional background that provides her with a unique set of skills for the home buying and selling industry,” said Jason Wilson, manager of Julia B. Fee Sotheby’s International Realty’s Scarsdale brokerage. “Having previously worked as a local occupational therapist, Linda has great firsthand experience and knowledge to offer her clients, which is especially helpful to families who are not familiar with all the offerings of Westchester County.”

“I try to go above and beyond, providing a full range of services to my clients so their transactions will run smoothly from start to finish,” said Linda. “I look forward to continuing my efforts in making a lasting impact on the community of Westchester, and am thrilled to be a part of such a renowned brand and dedicated team.”

Linda currently resides in Scarsdale, where she and her family have been for 22 years.  When she’s not selling real estate, Linda is an avid tennis player, scuba diver and book group member, and enjoys spending time with family and friends.
