The Brand Enters Lithuania

Our brand is always expanding in both new and existing markets, and today we are proud to announce that our services have just become available in Lithuania. Baltic Sotheby’s International Realty will provide buyers and sellers of fine property with access to our luxury real estate services in the Northern Europe country for the first time. This new development comes on the heels of our announcement that the brand has just entered Puerto Rico, during a year when we’ve also established a presence in Tel Aviv, Israel and Sydney,Australia. We are excited to see our brand doing everything it can to provide our world-renowned services in the most sought-after destinations around the globe.

Baltic Sotheby’s International Realty will operate out of Lithuania’s capital of Vilnius, a city known for its beautiful architecture, its historical and religious monuments, and its famed Old Town, one of Central Europe’s largest still existing medieval old towns, named to the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization’s (UNESCO) World Heritage List. In addition to Vilnius, the company will also represent fine properties located in the major Lithuanian cities of Kaunas and Klaipeda, as well as ocean and riverfront resort towns such as Palanga, Nida and Druskininkai.

The office is actually the fourth Baltic Sotheby’s International Realty office to open since March 2010, when the company’s first office opened in Riga,Latvia, followed by additional openings in the Baltic Sea resort town of Jurmala, Latvia, and Talinn, Estonia. The Lithuania office is owned by Vestards Rozenbergs, Leonid Kil and Ilze Mazurenko, who opened the first three offices, and Paulius Gebrauskas and Marius Bružas, who will also serve as managing partners in Lithuania.

The new office will offer all of the hallmarks for which our brand is known: the highest level of service in all price ranges, a team of sales agents with deep knowledge of their local markets, and a professional infrastructure that meets our organization’s strict criteria for membership. At the same time, the firm will provide clients with all of the major benefits of our brand, including access to a global audience of qualified buyers and sellers through our exclusive connection with Sotheby’s auction house and our worldwide affiliate network. That network now has more than 12,000 sales associates located in approximately 650 offices in 45 countries and territories, and we expect that it will only continue to grow from there.
