Confucius was right, especially in Bonnie McManamy's case: Choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life. Even after 30+ years selling beautiful Connecticut shoreline real estate, Bonnie's passion has never waned, nor has her success.
Licensed in 1984, Bonnie has enjoyed a glowing reputation among both clients and peers, and a proven record as a top producer in her market. The greatest reward for her expert service and results has been the incredible 90 percent of annual transactions that come from personal referrals or satisfied repeat clients who say she's the "best realtor there is."
Formerly with a major independent real estate agency where she was the top-selling realtor in her last five years there and among the top five for over 12 years prior, Bonnie instantly achieved "Gold Star Award" status upon joining William Pitt Sotheby's International in 2005 and her 'star' has never fallen. She continues to provide the same exceptional level of service that has continually maintained her well-respected place in the industry.
Originally from New York City, Bonnie began her career as an executive secretary for a large international corporation which exacted only the highest professionalism in their dealings. She became quickly accomplished in real estate thanks to the great tenacity, attention to detail and focused dedication she provides her every client.
"Real estate is first and foremost a service industry," says Bonnie. "I strive to always keep my clients' unique needs at the forefront of everything I do, and to offer the knowledge, education and communication they need to make the best decisions."
From her impeccably done presentation materials down to the type of paper clip she uses, Bonnie is a true professional in every sense of the word, even in her designations, which include Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), Certified Real Estate Specialist (CRS), and Graduate Realty Institute (GRI). She also stays on top of her game and the market, taking seminars and continued education courses regularly.
Outside of work, Bonnie, who has lived in Connecticut for 40 years, is an avid quilter, reader and gardener, and an involved member of her church community.
