Real Estate Salesperson

Ridgefield Brokerage

"I believe my love of real estate began when I was seven. My parents would pile the four of us into the station wagon on summer nights and drive around looking at homes, neighborhoods and dream of their next move. If we were good, our evening would end with an ice cream cone. I still love ice cream cones and I still love real estate! I have always been a visually creative person and my years of studying and working as a designer in Manhattan has enabled me to combine a sense of style with effectively recognizing value - a powerful combination to offer to my clients. To me a successful Realtor is more than just the person with the most year end sales or the most years in the business. More important is the genuine ability to listen and understand each client's needs, to be able to identify and seek out opportunities for them no matter how long it takes, to be skillful, ethical and positive throughout an entire transaction and to never let them down!”

Deborah has maintained a full time CT real estate license since 1984. She works tirelessly to assist her clients through each step; from skilled negotiation techniques, home inspection issues and up to the minute mortgage programs. This commitment has consistently elevated her to Gold Star status within the company. Deborah believes that her repeated success comes from an extensive knowledge of market inventories and conditions.

She recently completed a six year term as a Director for the Ridgefield Board of Realtors. She has been recognized with a Five Star award by CT Magazine every year since 2010. Designations include: Certified Relocation Specialist, Professional Standards Certified Specialist, Member of NAR and CAR. Her prior design/architecture background enables her to visualize the potential and value in every property she successfully represents. Deborah grew up in the Ridgefield/Redding area. She is passionate about Animal Welfare and Regional Hospice.
