Gaylen Nash has over 19 years of professional sales and account management experience in telecommunications, higher education and hospitality industries. A Rowayton resident since 2004, she has extensive first-hand knowledge of this intimate seaside enclave.
As a Realtor, Gaylen wants to connect her clients to the house and the lifestyle that is just right for them. When listing a property, Gaylen is dedicated to marketing her client’s home across a variety of platforms giving them the most exposure to the broadest audience. Integrity, loyalty and confidentiality are what drives Gaylen’s work ethic.
She’s raising her two daughters here, each of whom attend both public and private schools. While also owning an independent bookkeeping business, Gaylen has worked with several local businesses. She is an avid boater and active member of this community.
As a leader in Rowayton, she helped raise $4M to purchase a waterfront parcel of land to add to the Farm Creek preserve, owned by the Norwalk Land Trust. She has served on the board of the Rowayton Beach Association and written grants for Rowayton Elementary School. She also knows the surrounding towns of Darien, New Canaan and greater Norwalk through her involvement in town sports, religious affiliations and arts centers.
Gaylen is a member of the Connecticut Association of Realtors and National Association of Reators, the Darien Board of Reators, Darien Multiple Listing Service, and Greater Fairfield County Smart MLS.
