Both counselor and competitor, Linda Hicks made the perfect career choice 27 years ago when she became a Real Estate agent.   Embracing the opportunity to work with people purchasing and selling their homes, she brings her keen knowledge of the area’s market place and her unwavering enthusiasm for the Connecticut Shoreline to every client.

Linda approaches each and every transaction as a process with a clear goal that can and will be achieved through good communication and due diligence.   As a former high school teacher and guidance counselor, her to ability work through challenging situations has been honed to perfection.  A consistent winner of sales and listing awards, Linda has been recognized with a Five Star Professional Agent Award for the last three years.

A competitor at heart, Linda works as hard on the job as she does on the tennis court.  As a member of the Old Saybrook Racquet Club she actively competes in club and USTA matches.  True to her love of the shoreline, Linda joined the Pettipaug Rowing Club in 2000 and spends countless hours rowing on the Connecticut River.  Competing in the world renowned Head of the Charles race in 2007 and 2008, Linda accomplished her goal--twice.  With this race off her bucket list, what’s next?   Mount Everest?

Linda received her MA from the University of Bridgeport and cherishes the wonderful lifestyle—including both work and recreation—and proudly calls the Connecticut Shoreline her home.  A long time resident of Chester, Linda has two children and loves, (really loves), being a grandmother.
