Priscilla is a graduate of Hunter College of the City University of New York, Phi Beta Kappa, and of the University of Virginia Law School. She has been President of Burlington Realty Asset Management since 1997, a family business investing in and managing multi-family homes. She served as General Counsel of one of America’s leading relocation firms for 11 years, with over 400 corporate clients and over 20,000 home sales and purchases annually.
She has written two books and many articles on how to succeed in your residential sale and purchase, and was responsible for changes in tax law to preserve favorable treatment for employees nationwide, among other legal and policy innovations to help relocating employees and residential sellers and purchasers.
Priscilla has been active in her community in many ways, from the Boards of her neighborhood associations to fundraising at her daughters’ schools, and now Chair of the Board of the Bronxville Adult School, where she also teaches the real estate course.
She lived in Canada for extended periods and traveled to Russia on The Experiment in International Living.
