Susan Pollock is a lifelong resident of Litchfield and Bantam Lake with deep roots going back many generations in the community and found Litchfield to be a wonderful place to raise her family. Susie is committed to being the best in the real estate business and has embraced the many changes in the industry. In a business where lack of attention to detail can lose the sale, she strives to give ongoing personal service to all her clients. Client referrals and repeat business are important parts of her success. She keeps her sellers informed at every step of the marketing and sales process and she also enjoys the hunt for the perfect property to meet her buyers' needs. She feels privileged to live and work in an extraordinarily beautiful area of the Litchfield Hills and enjoys sharing her knowledge of the area with her clients.

A graduate of Connecticut College with a degree in Economics Susie has served for many years as a Trustee and Director of The White Memorial Foundation and Conservation Center in Litchfield and is a member of St. Michael's Parish, Litchfield, where she sings in the choir, has served in many areas including Junior and Senior Warden, Clerk, Vestry member and Co-Chair of the Stewardship Committee.

Her hobbies include gardening and horticulture, kayaking, walking with Willy, her miniature dachshund, playing Mah Jongg, singing with The Hartford Chorale and learning to play handbells with the Litchfield Community Ringers.

Litchfield Hills Sotheby's International Realty has embraced a philosophy that combines over 60 years of real estate business insight with the flair of personalized assistance and technical savvy...a trusting relationship with the right real estate agency that will help you make well-informed decisions.
