Celebrate the Grand Opening of our Newly Renovated North Stamford Brokerage

If you haven’t already heard, our newly remodeled North Stamford brokerage is complete and ready to show off its fresh appearance to the public with a Grand Opening event on Monday, September 29 from 4-7 PM.  The celebration will take place at the beautifully expanded office located on 3 Roxbury Road.  In addition to welcoming all updated modern features, during the exciting event our company will also unveil a sign dedicating the newly landmarked site of the brokerage as the Historical Juner Real Estate Corner.

The address and site of the former Juner Properties, which our company acquired in 2009, has two historic buildings on one parcel of land, both of which have been updated. One of the buildings is a historic approximately 200-year-old schoolhouse, first renovated after June Rosenthal of Juner Properties acquired it in 1986, and now renovated again by our company to serve as the brokerage’s showroom. The second building originated as a historic parsonage built in 1870, relocated to the parcel and then renovated with respect to preserving its historical significance. With construction recently completed, that building will now serve as the perfect workspace for our Northern Stamford agents.

Rosenthal is expected to attend the grand opening and dedication along with Mayor David R. Martin.  Local real estate agents and members of the community will be there, as well, all gathering together in honor of a successful renovation and worthy tribute to Stamford’s history.

“I am very pleased to announce the grand opening of our beautifully remodeled North Stamford brokerage,” said Doreen Bronner, Manager of our Stamford brokerages.  “The renovated office space is magnificent and state-of-the-art, and will offer our agents significant support in reaching even greater heights of success.”

We look forward to celebrating with all who plan to be a part of this exciting company and community event.  See you there!
