As we usher in the fall season and enjoy its changing colors and crisper temperatures, change is also in the air for our company. William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty is proud to announce the strategic realignment of its Stamford Brokerages — including the relocation of one of our offices to brand new space and expansion of another.
Capitalizing on the explosive growth in the South End of Stamford, we are opening our second location at Harbor Point — at 121 Towne Street, adjacent to Fairway Market at The Lock Works at Yale and Towne. The sales associates previously associated with our Parkway Brokerage, at 961 Long Ridge Road, will now work from this brand new, ground floor location, next to Harlan Social, a New York City-style gastropub. Last summer, William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty opened its flagship location at Harbor Point at 2200 Atlantic Street. Harbor Point is an exciting redevelopment project connecting downtown Stamford to the waterfront, including six million square feet of impeccably restored and brand new luxury residences, office towers, retail and hotel space.
In the spring of 2013, we will open our newest real estate brokerage office on the site of our existing Juner location at 3 Roxbury Road, expanding our presence in North Stamford. You will hear more about the renovation and expansion in the coming months. In November 2009, William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty acquired Juner Properties, then Stamford’s premier real estate boutique.
“The story continues …” said Rob Vannucchi, Director of Sales of the Stamford Brokerages. “These moves further our goal to have the finest office locations in Stamford, covering the entire city from North to South.”
William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty is Stamford’s undisputed market leader. Our three Stamford Brokerages collectively sell more real estate in Stamford than any of our local competitors and our luxury market share is over double our next closest competitor.
