Incorporated in 1788, Pound Ridge, which comprises several smaller hamlets, was the site of a battle during the Revolutionary War. Once a center for shoemaking and basket making, the town today boasts a healthy mix of eateries, shops and services and a bustling business district.

The town of Bedford, situated in Westchester County’s northeastern corner, encompasses the hamlets of Bedford, Bedford Hills and Katonah within its 40 square miles. Popular attractions which are deeply rooted in the community’s history include the 300-year-old Bedford Oak on the town green, as well a 19th century one-room schoolhouse.

Adventure seekers are drawn to the bucolic hamlet of Waccabuc, often referred to as New York’s “secret suburb.” Situated in the town of Lewisboro, this charming community is home to Castle Rock, a well-known cliff jumping location surrounded by areas of unspoiled beauty and natural resources. Prior to becoming its own hamlet, Waccabuc served as a vacation retreat and was the site of the 1956 nuptials of Marilyn Monroe and Arthur Miller.
