In the end, hard work pays off. We’ve all heard this statement before. While it may not always be the case, it certainly is for our grateful company, which prides itself in its dedicated employees that hold the quality services of this brand together. In fact, just this past week our corporate office hosted an appreciation mixer networking event for solely this purpose—to appreciate our employees and all that they do for this company. The enjoyable evening was held at our headquarters at Harbor Point in Stamford, Conn., where administrators from our brokerages throughout Connecticut, Westchester County and the Berkshires all attended and were recognized for their dedication and contribution to our company’s great success.
Prior to the event, employees attended a corporate-run Admin Training Day at The Italian Center in Stamford, Conn. Throughout the day, leaders from each of our corporate departments spoke about current happenings and future endeavors, and administrative and marketing employees were trained on new tools designed to ensure that real estate agents receive the highest level of support in the industry.
The jam-packed day didn’t end there. All were then encouraged to proceed to the corporate office for the evening’s mixer event, where employees from across multiple markets connected and built upon their working relationships with one another. The event offered employees catered food, a complimentary bar with beer and wine and great live music from our very own Director of Content, Andrew Wood, and his band Bridges and Powerlines. In addition, a free raffle took place, providing employees the chance to win multiple $100 gift cards.
“At the heart of William Pitt and Julia B. Fee Sotheby’s International Realty is our employees,” said William Pitt and Julia B. Fee Sotheby’s International Realty COO Vin Socci. “They are the backbone of our organization and valued assets to our firm’s success. We are happy to recognize them for all their hard work and dedication both at this annual event and throughout the year.”
From the smiling faces, constant chatter and overall positive vibe throughout the night, it seems it’s safe to say that this recognition was duly appreciated by each and every valued employee.
