We have many reasons to feel optimistic as we enter the New Year. 2012 was a year of substantial sales gains across all of our markets, as well as significant growth in our company as we opened new offices and launched a number of powerful new marketing tools. What better way to learn all about the recent momentum building in both our markets and our firm than to attend our upcoming company networking event? We cordially invite all of our sales professionals to “Momentum,” our annual kickoff meeting, to be held on February 27 at the Hilton Stamford Hotel and Executive Meeting Center, 1 First Stamford Place, Stamford, Connecticut.
The event will begin at 8:30 am with a networking hour, providing agents with the opportunity to mix and mingle with their fellow associates from all three of our partner firms, and to forge the kinds of new relationships that lead to new business and referral sources. At the same time, our real estate experts will have an occasion to connect with key sponsors and vendors for our company and discover all the newest technology and marketing products we have available. Agents will be able to speak with representatives from Spire about their high-quality print production work, Hearst Media Services on their top-notch digital media strategies and Citibank as our preferred mortgage provider, as well as ad representatives from The New Haven Register. We anticipate that additional companies will join the event in the weeks ahead. Last year, participants from Zillow, Trulia, The New York Times and ZMags were in attendance.
During the main event our company leadership will provide updates on exciting new marketing initiatives on their way in 2013, and how these tools can help our agents maintain their position as the best in the business. Guest speaker Nikki Field of Sotheby’s International Realty, Inc.’s, East Side Manhattan brokerage, one of the top ranked residential real estate agents in the country by sales volume according to an annual ranking sponsored by The Wall Street Journal, will provide us with invaluable insights. Finally, the keynote presentation on bridging the gap in real estate will be delivered by renowned national speaker Jared James. The CEO and founder of Jared James Enterprises, James specializes in speaking and training events designed to help entrepreneurs and sales people increase productivity in today’s market, and he is known for leaving attendees feeling energized and inspired. “Momentum” is sure to provide a great networking and learning experience for all, and we look forward to seeing you there.
