Alexandra Teetor

I was born and raised in Pine Plains, New York, where my love for the Hudson Valley, real estate, horses, and the agricultural lifestyle began. Growing up in a family deeply rooted in the hunter/jumper industry, I was surrounded by horses from an early age. With generations of equestrian professionals in my family, I spent much of my life at the barn, traveling to horse shows, and learning firsthand what it takes to own, manage, and care for equestrian properties. Those experiences shaped not only my work ethic but also my appreciation for the lifestyle that so many of my clients are searching for today.

In recent years, I've also had the opportunity to embrace another side of the horse world through my partner's family, who are involved in western riding, hay farming, and excavation. That experience has expanded my knowledge of agricultural operations, working farms, and the day-to-day demands of rural properties. Having been fortunate enough to experience both the hunter/jumper and western communities, I understand that every equestrian property is unique because every owner's lifestyle is different.

Before transitioning fully into residential real estate,  I built my career in property management, working closely with homeowners, tenants, contractors, and vendors. That experience taught me the importance of communication, organization, and staying one step ahead—skills that continue to serve my clients well throughout every transaction.

Today, I'm fortunate to combine my professional experience with the lifestyle I've always loved. While I enjoy helping all types of buyers and sellers, I have a particular niche for all farms and equestrian properties throughout the Hudson Valley. Whether a client is looking for a backyard barn, a boarding facility, a working farm, or simply a place with room to enjoy the outdoors, I understand the details that make these properties special.

When I'm not working, you'll usually find me riding, spending time at the barn, or enjoying the outdoors with family and friends. The equestrian and agricultural communities have taught me the value of hard work, integrity, and building genuine relationships—qualities I bring to every client I have the privilege of working with.

For me, real estate is about so much more than buying and selling homes. It's about helping people find the place where they can build the life they've imagined, and I feel incredibly fortunate to do that every day in the community I've always been proud to call home.
