My wife grew up in Westchester.  She was raised in a well-loved house along the Sound.  When our daughters were born, we started to imagine the perfect place to see them grow, go to school and flourish—the choice was obvious, easy— so we quietly left the smog and rag-tag celebrity of Los Angeles for the stately and steadfast calm of Pelham, New York. In essence we came home. That was fifteen years ago.

The first home we purchased was a Victorian Farmhouse built in 1889. We bought a house that needed every inch of itself redone, rethought, re-kindled. From the foundation to the rafters, every wall, every window, every floor board had to be just about torn out and replaced. We jumped in with both hands and in doing that, in contracting and gutting and framing and bringing the property back to life, we became stake holders in the community. We became neighbors, and friends, coaches, and class parents—and whatever we brought to the community—it gave us back two-fold. It was all we had hoped for and more.  A few years ago we sold that property for the highest price, at that time, that a single family home had ever fetched in that neighborhood.

For much of my previous professional life, I was a writer/producer and co-founder of MBTG Studios, a boutique, full-service, creative design agency and marketing firm.  I served as  both a content creator and curator.  The agency originated in Los Angeles and then New York.  We were charged with cultivating and launching a diverse array of products, brands, and services through the use of any and all forms of media, both traditional and new. I worked directly with clients to help identify branding opportunities and then create and implement campaigns and strategies aimed at both profit and business growth, in some cases tripling client revenues. Our work stretched across and through a broad spectrum of industries, including Beauty, Health and Wellness, Entertainment, Retail, Healthcare, Luxury Brands, Energy and Tech.

Me? I grew up in Worcester, Massachusetts. My uncle was the starting catcher for the Boston Red Sox. He homered off of Ron Darling at Shea stadium in the 7th game of the 1986 Word Series, it landed in the bullpen just to the right of center.

I am a graduate of the University of Miami and a member of the Screen Actors Guild.  I’m a huge sports fan and an athlete—presently soccer is my game of choice. I’ve loved movies and books since forever. I play guitar and can talk history, literature and theater for days.

I still reside in Pelham with my wife and two teenage daughters where we are currently wrapping up our second complete home remodel.
