We would like to thank Chrissy Doyle who was our realtor in selling our home this past November. We only wish that we had contacted her in the beginning when we didn’t have a reliable realtor. We contacted Chrissy and asked if she would come and speak with us. We made an appointment and when she arrived she was well prepared. She brought comparisons of homes like ours, sat down with us, and explained everything to us. We were very impressed. At this point we decided to have her as our realtor to sell our home. She proceeded to take pictures of our home, and go through the information for listing it and had all of the paper work on hand. We signed our papers on October 23, had an interested party by Nov 1. Our closing was Nov 15 and Chrissy was there for us all the way from the beginning to the end. Chrissy is a very good realtor, she is a “ball of fire”, eager, willing and a very pleasant person to work with. She puts in many hours to make sure that she treats her clients with the best interest in selling their homes. She treats you as if your home is her home and goes beyond to make everything come together. We highly recommend her to anyone who is interested in buying or selling their home. As a matter of fact we have already recommended her to a few people already and told them if they want a good, reliable realtor they should call her.

My wife Aihua and I have been searching for a home for almost 4 years. We, without deliberation fell in love with Litchfield county with its several towns all closely bundled together. After a few realtors we came upon Christine in December 2015. From then on, we felt we were in good hands. We had a rather picky requirement List and did make a couple of offers along the way which didn't pan out However, Christine was forever patient and never ever pushy. She doesn't stop at Spm. She does so much behind the scenes that becomes evident the more times we met. She described our files at one point and it was almost as thick as a suitcase.
