Crystal was referred to me through a friend of a friend. I had no knowledge of what goes into selling a house and therefore had much anxiety about the whole process. Upon our initial meeting Crystal put all anxieties at ease by explaining the process to me, she also prepared comps of properties in my area and helped lay out a game plan and an approach that I could understand and later achieved. She remained calm and in control the entire time. She managed to always keep my anxieties at bay with a smile and calm demeanor.
