Dylan believes that our homes are a part of us, they are an expression of our own identity.  A home is the center of domestic life where we are surrounded not only by the objects we cherish but by those persons and sometimes pets whom we love most in the world. People need homes for physical comfort and spiritual renewal; it is a place where we can recharge and refresh before facing the world. Home is an environment where people and objects become a part of us, giving us a sense of familiarity and belonging...

In addition to William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty, Dylan is an active interior designer. A Connecticut native, he grew up in the shoreline town of Madison. After graduating from Daniel Hand High School, he decided to continue his studies in New York City at the Fashion Institute of Technology for Interior Design.

Dylan offers a cutting edge and innovative approach to today's marketplace. He is able to blend his passion and knowledge of home interiors, design, and renovations with the art of buying and selling real estate. Whether he is working with a first time home buyer, selling, or securing the perfect investment opportunity, Dylan tailors and crafts his extraordinary service that extends beyond the day of closing. One that connects both personal touches as an integral part of new home ownership. As an agent and designer, he prides himself on the ability to connect with his clients in the transition of making their new house a home.

Dylan’s background is very much rooted in home design and real estate. His Dad, a former carpenter and home builder, and his Mom, a Madison local, are the store owners of a shoreline favorite, Domestic Possessions. He spent most of his youthful years in these trades, learning the basics of building and perfecting his craft. He continued learning by interacting and working with customers, partaking in internship opportunities in Manhattan and Connecticut. As a high school student Dylan was an intern with Sotheby’s premiere broker/agent, Diana Hartman. This experience led him to today, where he is part of a powerhouse duo.

Dylan has a dual presence actively working and living in Manhattan as well as Connecticut. Oftentimes he can be found entertaining family and friends, antiquing at the local markets in addition to seeking out the newest and best kept secrets.  He enjoys meeting clients at his family’s home and furniture boutique, romancing the streets of New York City, and taking in the spectacular sunsets of the Connecticut shoreline.
