Testimonials
Cleaning out, prepping, and finally selling my parent's home has been a long process for me. Eva has been a strong asset to have in the final phase of the project, selling my parent's home. No detail escaped her attention, and I appreciated her reminders about what tasks needed to be completed. In particular, she advised on the final sprucing up of the house. The exterior power washing and interior deep cleaning by select contractors, combined with interior staging and expert photography, made the house look great on the Sotheby's website. Eva also wrote the description for the web listing that generated a large number of showings and a very healthy number of offers which resulted in an outstanding sale price. Thank you Eva for a job well done!
