Frances has over 25 years working in real estate in Scarsdale. She sells and lists real estate mainly in Scarsdale, Edgemont, Eastchester, Ardsley, New Rochelle and the surrounding areas. Frances was born in Japan and raised in Korea, arriving in the U.S. 40 years ago. She obtained a Bachelor in Fine Arts, and used to work in Commercial Interior Design in NYC. Frances speaks both Japanese and Korean.
