Joy is a joy to work with! I short sold a house with her back in 2009 post divorce, and she sold it in a week and held my hand throughout the closing process. I trust her judgement. She really knows the market and staged my home to sell! I also bought a home with her in 2013 and again she did great during negotiations to close the deal.
