As your real estate agent, it is important to me that I do more than just meet your expectations...I want to exceed them. I am constantly anticipating the needs of my clients. That means I might: pack a cooler of food and drinks for a relocating client who needs to cover a lot of ground in a limited time; or send comparables to a buyer who is deliberating about what to offer for a house; or take a potential seller to view active comparables so that they can truly understand the pricing of their home...

I take great pride in providing a service that my client may not have even recognized or articulated that they actually need.
As a former Psychologist, I have found that my background translates well into Real Estate. I recognize that even a seemingly "positive" move is stressful and will do what I can to ease this transition. I am an excellent listener. For a buyer, I will really pay attention to their description of what they are looking for in an ideal home. I'll preview inventory promptly and won't waste time showing those homes that are not in line with my client's criteria. For a seller, I will listen to what they have liked in their current home, and use this in my marketing materials. When negotiating, I'll listen to the other agent's covert communications and use these to my client's advantage. I am also an effective and clear communicator and have absolute respect for confidentiality. My clients know that they can trust me and that I will always tell them the truth; even if it means losing a potential deal.
My family has lived in lower Fairfield County for 20+ years. I have two wonderful daughters whom I love immensely and have also learned much about the school system and area opportunities for kids/families through them. This time has allowed me to appreciate the nuances of the different towns. As a family, we have personally utilized many of the amenities first-hand. Many of my clients continue to use me as a personal resource for years after their closings. I can provide lists of vendors, restaurants, where to shop, nursery schools, local doctors, etc. It is quite typical for me to even provide guided tours to clients who are new to this area. I enjoy this part of my job immensely. I am a member of the National Association of Realtors as well as our local Mid-Fairfield Board of Realtors. I am a recipient of both the Leading Edge and the President's Circle Awards and have consistently been a “Gold” award winner at Sotheby’s. I have also been a board member of SEPTA (Special Education PTA) and our town's Gourmet Club.
I have organized and headed multiple wine tasting groups in Lower Fairfield County. These groups have provided much socialization and education to the community. I also am a member of several book clubs, lead a Special Needs Mom’s Coffee, enjoy working out, socializing but, MOST OF ALL MY WORK AS A REAL ESTATE AGENT.
