I am a long-time resident of Fairfield County and a New York City transplant with an eclectic career. I lead a double life as a real estate salesperson and as novelist M.K. Perkins. For many years, I headed a consulting firm specializing in training and education for the financial industry. Before joining the corporate world, I worked as an actress on stage, television, and film, which was followed by a stint in banking. I have a B.A. from Sarah Lawrence College and an M.B.A from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University.
Joining William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty was an easy decision thanks to their knowledge of the Tri-State market and William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty name recognition and global reach. I'm continually amazed by the support I receive from management and colleagues throughout the organization. Thanks to our Westport brokerage's emphasis on teamwork, I can help clients relocate down the block or around the world.
My interest in real estate began after hearing a realtor friend describe herself as an entrepreneur who brings joy into other people’s lives. I decided I wanted to do that too, so I took the requisite coursework and became licensed.
