A consistent multi-million dollar producer Pat has worked with both buyers and sellers along the Connecticut Shoreline. Assisting and guiding her buyers in finding just the right property and selling her clients homes, in a timely fashion, is her top priority. She has offered guidance and expertise in all areas of real estate consistently throughout her career. Having an agent who knows the area is most important in finding the right home for you and your family. Living along the Shoreline for 39 years and in Madison for 33 years has been a large part of her success. She knows the Shoreline from New Haven to Old Saybrook including Essex and Chester.

Along with her husband she has raised two children while continuing to be an active community and school volunteer. Always an outdoor enthusiast, Pat enjoys downhill and X-cty skiing in New England and Colorado, kayaking in New Hampshire, hiking the Green and White Mountains. Pat was a certified Pet Therapy Volunteer for 8 years where she visited CT Hospice weekly and started a Paws to Read Program in a local elementary school. After the loss of her canine companion, Roxy, of 10 years 3 years ago she's rescued another pup, a casualty of Hurricane Harvey, with the hope of training her to carry on the Pet Therapy torch.  This past winter Pat and her husband volunteered out in Yellowstone National Park for the month.  They are hoping to see all of the National Park through their volunteering work.

Her accomplishments and designations include: Realty Group 2000 Rookie of the Year 1997 Top Buyer Agent Volume Sold 1999, 2000, 2006 Since joining William Pitt Sotheby's in 2008 she's been a consistent  Award Recipient for Sale Volume- Pat is a Designated Accredited Buyer Representative and GRI - Graduate of Real Estate Institute,  Her sales territory consists of the CT Shoreline East of New Haven and the CT River Valley including Chester, Ivoryton and Essex.
