Terri Prenty

It is no surprise that Terri ventured into the world of luxury real estate! Having bought, sold and leased a variety of residential and commercial properties with her husband John, it was just a matter of time!

After over 18 years in the pediatric medical field and raising two incredible girls, Terri has made it a priority to follow her passion for real estate while continuing to help others.

Moving from the Bronx to Mamaroneck, Terri quickly became involved in her community and the Mamaroneck School District and its extensive sports and recreation programs. As PTA President for several years and her daughters’ participation in both school and travel sports, Terri has a keen understanding of the offerings of her community and the homes within it. Terri loves traveling, walking to the Harbor, dining out, listening to music, especially Rock and volunteering at the Larchmont Mamaroneck Food Pantry.

Terri, her husband John (NYPD, FDNY), and their two girls have called Mamaroneck home for 23 years. Her number one goal is to be a resource to clients about the communities where she lives, works, and serves.
