Hi.  I'm Heather.  I always ask people in this business, "what got you into Real Estate?"  I ask that because I know for me, I landed here from a diverse and windy road with a background in Banking, Casino Finance, Customer Service and Organizational Psychology.  I know, right!  Where does Real Estate fall into all that?  It started as a curiousity and to support my best friend (my husband) almost 20 years ago.  And once I sold my first home to that first buyer I never looked back...

Hi.  I'm Heather.  I always ask people in this business, "what got you into Real Estate?"  I ask that because I know for me, I landed here from a diverse and windy road with a background in Banking, Casino Finance, Customer Service and Organizational Psychology.  I know, right!  Where does Real Estate fall into all that?  It started as a curiousity and to support my best friend (my husband) almost 20 years ago.  And once I sold my first home to that first buyer I never looked back.  This is my passion.  Having sold real estate full time in Eastern Connecticut and along the CT Shoreline I have had the profound privelage of working with great buyers, sellers, investors and agents.  It was those relationships that led me to decide to bring my management and training experience full circle and combine that with my love for the real estate process. Now, I am  focused on building and developing relationships with the Best Realtors Ever through training, coaching and cheering - Creating plans, illustrasting relevant technology and tools and best practices that helps them achieve and meet their highest and best potential and bringing satisfaction and joy to their clients.
