With 22 years of sales and marketing experience, Loholdt comes to the firm with a special focus on Northern Berkshire County in conjunction with the company’s efforts to expand its presence in this market.

Loholdt has been involved in all aspects of residential real estate services and residential land development as well as new construction. His experience spans 15 states from the coastal Carolinas and Georgia to the mountains of Idaho. Most recently, Loholdt launched and managed Chapin Sotheby’s International Realty in White Lake, N.Y., handling the real estate needs of clients in the Catskills.
