Representatives from North India Sotheby’s International Realty to work together with Brand’s Westchester County, N.Y. agents in serving international buyers and sellers
Westchester County, N.Y. –February 19, 2015 –Julia B. Fee Sotheby’s International Realty(JBFSIR) announced today that representatives from North India Sotheby’s International Realty (NISIR), the brand’s New Delhi, India-based brokerage firm, will visit Westchester County this month and meet with agents from the company’s four area brokerages. The objective of the meeting is for representatives from both companies to network with one another in order to build business and work together in serving an international clientele of buyers and sellers.
The meeting will take place on February 24, 2014 in JBFSIR’s Rye, N.Y. brokerage, where the visitors will share their growth and vision for the brand’s new venture in India. NISIR’s New Delhi office opened in September 2014, and the firm plans to further develop the brand throughout the country, opening additional offices in Gurgaon, Noida, Chandigarh and Jaipur soon.

Ankit Tyagi and Ashwin Chadha from NISIR initiated the meeting in Westchester County by reaching out to Shamim Mirza of the firm’s Larchmont brokerage, Nayna Sheth from the Rye brokerage and Inaam Rahman from the Scarsdale brokerage. The three agents were chosen as initial contacts for their experience in real estate, their proven expertise in serving international clients and their ability to converse in both Hindi and English.
