Fee Sotheby’s International Realty recently hosted an open house event inviting premier agents from throughout the Tri-State area as well as members of the local community to tour three estates in Larchmont, N.Y. The event was held on the evening of Thursday, July 17, 2014.
Homes featured on the tour included a circa-1893 Victorian that served as the site of the Belvedere Hotel in the 1890s and later the Manor Inn, offered at $3,948,000; a 1920s Tudor-inspired residence located in Larchmont’s private waterfront enclave of Cedar Island, offered at $7,499,500; and an Edgewater Point residence with water views from multiple living areas, offered at $8,595,000.
