Three top producing Westchester County Associate Real Estate Brokers bring strong backgrounds and experience to the team
Larchmont, N.Y. (January 19, 2015) — Julia B. Fee Sotheby’s International Realty today announced that Jane Murray, Gay Rosen and Lisa Sangster, three top producing and experienced agents in Westchester County, have joined the company and will be based in the firm’s Larchmont brokerage.
Murray, formerly of Coldwell Banker, serves multiple Westchester County communities specializing in waterfront and luxury properties. She is a member of multiple national and state realtor organizations, and is the recipient of the CB Diamond Award and was one of Coldwell Banker’s Top 50 agents in Westchester County 2011/12/13/14. Prior to her real estate career, Murray was in the corporate sales industry for 19 years after receiving her Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising from IONA College.
Murray and her family have been residents of both Larchmont and Mamaroneck for over 20 years. She is actively involved in the community, and is a member of multiple groups and clubs including the Hommock’s Middle School and Mamaroneck High School PTAs, SEPTA, Orienta Beach Club and the Mamaroneck Chamber of Commerce.
Rosen, formerly of Houlihan Lawrence, has been involved in Westchester County real estate for 11 years. She specializes in representing both buyers and sellers of properties ranging from small coops to the luxury market and waterfront properties, as well as online marketing and negotiation. She utilizes all necessary multi-media tools available for client success and satisfaction.
Throughout the years, Rosen has received numerous awards and professional recognitions including the 2013 NY State Certified Residential Specialist of the Year, 2013 Diamond Award Recipient EAMLS, Houlihan Lawrence Top 100 Agents from 2010-2013 and Top Five Star Agent in 2014 through 2010, and she has been the NYS Certified Public Relations Chairperson since 2013. Rosen has always been active within the community, and looks forward to serving both the community and clients alike.
As a real estate agent since 2008, Sangster has consistently been a top producer in the industry for the wide range of Westchester County communities that she serves. She is a recipient of the Five Star Real Estate award for three consecutive years, recognized for her top-notch service. Prior to joining the firm, Sangster was a sales associate for Better Homes and Gardens Rand Realty. She is a member of numerous professional associations including the National Association of Realtors, Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors, New York State Association of Realtors as well as the Hudson Gateway Multiple Listing Service.
Sangster began her professional career in television production, where she produced and directed a variety of primetime game shows, talk shows and reality based programs for major TV networks. She currently resides in New Rochelle with her family.
