New agent brings nearly 13 years of Westchester County real estate experience to the firm
Scarsdale, N.Y. (December 29, 2014) —Julia B. Fee Sotheby’s International Realty today announced that Nancy Simon, a Five Star Professional Award recipient and former Scarsdale resident of 20 years, has joined the company as a sales agent and will be based in the firm’s Scarsdale brokerage.
Having previously lived in Scarsdale for 20 years, Simon has established long-lasting relationships and has served the community as both a volunteer in her children’s schools and recreational activities, as well as in her real estate career. She became a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in 2002, and is currently a member of the Hudson Gateway Associations of Realtors, Hudson Gateway Multiple Listing Service, National Association of Realtors and New York Association of Realtors. Simon received the Westchester Magazine Five Star Real Estate Agent Award to honor her quality service to clients and overall professional excellence in the industry.
Prior to entering the real estate business, Simon was a high school guidance counselor in the New York City Department of Education, where she worked for many years listening and catering to her students’ needs.
“Nancy is an exceptional agent with a strong background that offers her clients a wide range of unique skills,” said Jason Wilson, manager of Julia B. Fee Sotheby’s International Realty’s Scarsdale brokerage. “As a former guidance counselor, she has learned the art of listening, and provides much attention to detail to help all future homeowners find the property that best suits their needs. We look forward to benefiting from Nancy’s great knowledge, dedication and love for the community, and welcome her to the Scarsdale team.”
“My goal is to exceed my clients’ expectations, respond to all and any communication in a prompt and forthright manner and, above all, treat everyone with honesty and integrity,” said Simon. “I look forward to putting my passions and goals to work at such a renowned brand that is committed to the utmost service and care.”
Simon enjoyed living in Scarsdale with her husband and two daughters for a total of 20 years. She currently resides in White Plains, where she’s been since 2011.
