Susan Field, Formerly of Coldwell Banker, Joins Julia B. Fee Sotheby’s International Realty

Top producing real estate agent brings over 20 years of award-winning experience

Scarsdale, N.Y. (March 9, 2015) — Julia B. Fee Sotheby’s International Realty today announced that Susan Field, a top-producing associate real estate broker formerly of Coldwell Banker, has joined the company as a licensed Associate Real Estate Broker and will be based in the firm’s Scarsdale brokerage.

Susan began her real estate career in 1986 as a licensed salesperson, eventually gaining her associate broker license four years later. Over the years, she has consistently achieved record-breaking, multi-million dollar sales, earning her multiple awards and designations, some of which include being listed in “Who’s Who Among Executives and Professionals” for her professional accomplishments, as well as achieving the Graduate Real Estate Institute Designation (GRI) for her in-depth knowledge in the field.

During her time at Coldwell Banker’s Scarsdale brokerage, Susan was ranked among the top 7% of all company sales associates internationally, and in the top 1% nationwide.  In addition, she is the recipient of multiple Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors Gold Awards.  Susan attributes much of her professional success to her background in psychology, art and education, as well as her previous experience in interior design.

“Susan’s expertise in art and design enables her to help buyers envision the possibilities for their future home, while additionally helping sellers stage their property for selling success,” said Jason Wilson, manager of Julia B. Fee Sotheby’s International Realty’s Scarsdale brokerage. “This unique background, as well as her overall knowledge and dedication to truly listening to her clients’ needs, makes Susan an excellent real estate professional.”

“Real estate is my passion,” said Susan.  “Over the years, I have developed a network of top achieving agents to the benefit of those clients seeking to buy or sell in other markets, no matter where their destination may be.  I pride myself in being both honest and knowledgeable, and look forward to continuing on this path of real estate success with such a renowned brand that mirrors so many of my own philosophies.”

Susan is an active Westchester County lifetime resident involved in many charitable community groups including the Heart Association and Children’s Cancer Research Fund, as well as organizations dedicated to fighting ALS, MLS and Parkinson’s. She also supports animal cruelty prevention groups. In her spare time, she enjoys theatre, music and sports, especially tennis, golf and jogging.
