Licensed Westchester County Associate Real Estate Broker brings over 12 years of experience
Scarsdale, N.Y. (January 8, 2015) — Julia B. Fee Sotheby’s International Realty today announced that Tracy Isaacs, a Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker with over 12 years of experience selling luxury real estate in Westchester County, has joined the company and will be based in the firm’s Scarsdale brokerage.
With a specialization in the sale of high-end properties, Tracy has represented buyers and sellers for some of Westchester’s finest single family homes and condominiums. According to Tracy, one of her proudest accomplishments was in 2011, when she represented the buyer of American philanthropist and writer Brooke Astor’s country estate, known as “Holly Hill.”
Prior to her real estate career, Tracy was a fashion industry professional, where she continually led her company to its highest grossing sales. She has worked with many of the major clothing manufacturers in New York.
“The same qualities that helped Tracy achieve success in the fashion industry have contributed to her achievements in real estate,” said Jason Wilson, manager of Julia B. Fee Sotheby’s International Realty’s Scarsdale brokerage. “Great service, unparalleled ethical standards and superior negotiating skills are what distinguish Tracy as an industry leader, and we are thrilled to welcome her to the Scarsdale team.”
“I am dedicated to providing future homeowners with loyalty and dependability time and time again,” said Tracy. “Whether my clients are downsizing or upgrading, both my enthusiasm and love for the Westchester community help me to assist them in transitioning into a new home and creating wonderful new beginnings. In my mind, there’s no greater accomplishment than that.”
Tracy received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She has lived in Westchester County since 1994 with her husband and two children. Tracy is an active member of the community, and takes part in continuous fundraising for her local school education foundation, as well as in approving educational grants. She has also worked on fundraising events for the Maria Fareri Children’s Hospital and volunteers at a local senior center.
