Built on a rocky bluff and sited to incorporate the natural light that frames the views of sea and sky, the home features a private beach and sandy cove, and is located within the Tokeneke Association.
“I am so honored that the Metro Co-Broke Group chose this iconic property as the location for its next meeting,” said Werner. “The Metro Co-Broke Group is just another example of the strength of the Sotheby’s International Realty brand and the vast networking opportunities that are available to our agents. The Smith House’s exceptional location will be a fantastic backdrop for the group’s quarterly meeting on Wednesday.”
