William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty Announces Plans to Expand Ridgefield Brokerage

Company set to build a modern, state-of-the-art office facility in Ridgefield

Ridgefield, Conn. (Sept 14, 2015) — William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty today announced that the firm is expanding its Ridgefield brokerage and relocating it from 470 Main Street to the corner of Main and Prospect Streets. The office will be situated across from the Ridgefield Library and Ballard Park.

The new 4,000 square-foot, state-of-the art facility will provide high-quality amenities and capabilities including: a multiple computer bar, high-speed wireless access, two conference rooms complete with HD screens, Apple TV for client presentations, the Sotheby’s International Realty eGallery, which is a real-time dynamic international property slide show, and high-quality property brochures from around the globe.

Accommodations for sales associates will include spacious work stations as well as private and semi-private offices. In addition to a comfortable seating area for reception, the office will have a common area with a stylish café for client hospitality and agent gatherings.

“I am very excited to announce our renovation plans,” said Joe Monaco, manager of William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty’s Ridgefield brokerage. “We’re building a top-notch professional office facility that will enable our agents and employees to even better serve our valued clients with greater efficiency and easier access to resources, including marketing and administrative support.”

“We consider this expansion an investment in the Ridgefield community and our Ridgefield sales team, which has consistently outperformed the market,” said Paul Bruenich, President and CEO of William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty.

The new brokerage will move into the space formerly occupied by the Rockwell Art and Framing Store, which will be newly built and moved next to Silver Lining Consignments. The office will conduct business as usual during the expansion project, which will begin within the next few weeks and is hoped to be completed by the end of October.
